Yearly loan interest (%): (how much interest is paid on the loan, as a fixed percentage)

Charging rent

Monthly rent ($): (the monthly amount of rent to charge the first year)

Rent increase (%): (how much the rent is increased each year, as a fixed percentage)

Tax rate (%): (how much the tax is paid on the rent received, as a fixed percentage, assuming deductions have already taken place)
